Improved soft rough approximations based on soft neighborhoods

Abstract

There are many real world problems for uncertainty in many elds, rough set theory and
soft set theory are tools introduced to deal with these uncertainties. In this paper, we dene
neighborhoods based on binary soft relation, construct lower and upper approximations based
on these neighborhoods, generate new topologies from these approximations and form new
lower and upper approximations from these topologies. We give illustrative example for each
of the studied points in each section.
