SEP elements and the solutions to constructed equations

Abstract

In this paper, we characterize Hermitian matrices by using groupinverse and Moore-Penrose inverse. We present some equivalentconditions for a matrix to be Hermitian. Also, we study Hermitianmatrices by constructing a lot of equations and discussing the expression forms of solution to these equations in certaingiven set.
