Property $(\omega)$ and $(W_E)$ under topological uniform descent

Abstract

In this paper, we  introduce a novel characterization  for operators and their functional calculus which simultaneously satisfy property $(\omega)$ and property $(W_E)$ by employing the concept of topological uniform descent. Additionally,  we discuss the compact perturbation of operators that concurrently fulfill two properties.
