Abstract

The present paper is devoted to study second-order neutral differential equations with variable coefficients and mixed delays. By using the theory of fixed point index in cones as well as some properties of a suitable Green function, several sufficient conditions for the existence of one and twin positive periodic solutions are obtained. Our results are a further expansion of previous research results of Khemis et al. [13]. Finally, two examples are exhibited to show the efficiency and application of our findings which are completely new and enrich the existing literature.
